A Welcomed Sea Change

People are getting back to business with a collective exhale, visiting loved ones, entertaining, shopping, traveling, and living their lives.

Sonoma County Real estate, we see the market fully opening up. Open houses are scheduled; property showings are on the rise; the shortage of inventory is easing along with the crushing demand we felt back in March, April, and May.

The frenetic buzz of the market has calmed slightly due to people eager to get out and travel, visit loved ones, experience things outside their own four walls. Replacing the flurry of activity is the massive onslaught of weddings planned for this summer. Hotels, Air B&B, and VRBO properties are booked solid, restaurants, bars, spas, and shops all eagerly accepting the rush to feel normal again.

I have remained busy all spring. I have closed multiple successful transactions, along with several new listings coming on the market soon. Watch my website for upcoming property listings. One listing I am super excited about is a 34± acre property with 17± acres planted to Cabernet, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, and Syrah grapes. This property's panoramic views and private location are ideal for your dream wine country home or family compound.

I am thrilled to be back in full swing with the busy real estate market and seeing friends and family I have not spent time with in over a year. We face challenges ahead that we face as a community and a global society, but we will get through them because we know what we can do if we stick together. In the meantime, enjoy spreading your wings again, and I will see you at the farmer's market!
