Designed by San Francisco architect, Sandy Walker, the design is an island and the essence of the site is tropical.  From the massive palm trees that greet you at the entry to the abundant birds of paradise that surround the wrap around covered porches to the brilliant bougainvilleas, there’s the feeling you’ve been transported to paradise.

Originally constructed in 1992 and completely renovated in 2002 - 2005 the architectural and landscaped details are impeccably executed. The main residence reflects a casual, yet elegant, lifestyle with high ceilings, open floor plan with master chef’s kitchen and scullery, main floor master suite, inviting living area and island lanai, all inviting you to the outdoors and lovely spaces surrounding the home. There’s ample room for guests and a 3,000 bottle wine cellar with wine tasting room under 4,558± square feet.
