The barn, which could be used for wine making or whatever you might imagine, is approximately 1,200 square feet with a half bath and large open workspace and additional storage rooms.  The barn compliments the 2.4± acres of vines consisting of Merlot, farmed for intense fruit flavors and impeccably maintained for the highest quality. This is truly a wine country gem, from the majestic oaks the redwood grove to the elevated residence, this is a place to call home and a place to regenerate your spirit.

  • Current Management with Grace Vineyard Maintenance

  • Current contract with annual renewal

  • Production yields have ranged from 9-10 tons with regular watering. The vineyard is currently dry farmed and produces an average of 6.5 tons with much higher intensely flavored fruit.​

  • Vineyard management handles all pruning, thinning, hedging, shoot tucking, spraying and harvesting.
